Lamb Gravy and Mash

Mash Ingredients:
4 Potatoes
1/3 cup of milk
Black pepper

Lamb Gravy Ingredients:
500 grams of lamb

2 medium onions - finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic
2 spoons of mixed spices
Salt and black pepper

1 tomato - chopped
1 carrot - sliced
1 cup of corn flour
3 to 4 cups of water


1. Peel the potatoes and boil until soft, drain water. Add Salt, pepper and Milk while crushing.

2. In a pressure cooker heat 2 spoons of cooking oil (I used omani gee) add the onions and cook until golden.
3. Add the lamb, garlic and spices and mix until the lamb starts to turn brown.
4. Add the carrots and tomatoes and mix.
5. Add the corn flour and water.
6. Close the pressure cooker and leave it to cook for 30 minutes.
