Homemade Burgers


500 grams minced lamb
2 Oninons
1/2 green capsicum
1/2 red capsicum
1/2 yellow capsicum
2 tbsp mixed spice
1 tbsp black pepper
Mozzarella cheese


1. Put the onions and the colourful capsicums in the food processor and mince it.

2. Add the minced lamb and the spices, pepper and salt. Mix it.

3. Divide into 6 equal parts. Form the shape and cook from both sides.

4. Put the burgers in the bread. Add sauce and mozzarella.

5. Grill/bake as you wish to melt the cheese.
