6 Cloves of Garlic
2 Table spoons of Spice Mix
1 Table spoon of cardamon
3 table spoons of turmeric
1. Add approximately 3 table spoons of olive oil to a deep cooking pan.
2. Add the onions and cook until golden
3. Add the Garlic and chicken, Mix and flip the chicken around the cooking pan until its looking good :)
4. Add the broccoli and flip around!
5. Add tomatoes, cover the cooking pan and let it cook for 30 mins in medium heat.
6. Make sure its well cooked before serving.
